Poem: "Little piece of heart for you"

(No title, just some words)

I need a parachute baby
I'm fallin
And I see no end in sight
Catch me if you will
Let me fall into those arms
Lest I crash, burning at your feet
And I will still kiss the ground you walk on.

Lyrics: Mother Lilith After Eden

So if anyone knows the myth of Lilith, she's said to be this evil temptress who was believed to be the first wife of Adam. God kicked her out of eden when she refused to bow to Adam. I'm currently writing a movie about her, changed her story up a bit. Here is a song I wrote for a scene in the movie where she meets Kahli (the boy from my previous song titled "Walk On" ) and tells a bit of her story. I hope you guys like it <3

"Mother Lilith After Eden"

A story told through words of God paint lies
On a canvas held intact by nails that allowed my crucifixion
And one-sided crimes that faced poor jurisdiction
Casted out into dead man's land
Before he took hold of innocence and
Punishment fell upon you all.
Once equals before. You sent me down upon the earth's terrain
To walk the grass with your creation not side by side,
But to drag behind?
You made me an abomination!

***Keel to command lest ye fall victim to exile
There's a lot more to fear out there than you
Father, don't reprimand me. I've loved you all the while
But I refuse to bow down to your fool.

Relinquish independence now before you reach your end
My end can only come so soon, my dear.
Abandoned hope proved path of choice the day you lost your head
Farewell, stay well. But get me out of here.***

Revenge countered his highness as the present world was birthed.
Re-created with revisions through blood stained church glasses
New life manifested in thought of a woman scorned
On the eve of his gift of Eve to honor boy Adam.
In the masses, demon spawned in gold plated cradles
Behind walls. Hidden earth. Demons pawned their souls for a later
Promise a pay well its worth

***Keel to command lest ye fall victim to exile
There's a lot more to fear out there than you
Father, don't reprimand me. I've loved you all the while
But I refuse to bow down to your fool.

Relinquish independence now before you reach your end
My end can only come so soon, my dear.
Abandoned hope proved path of choice the day you lost your head
Farewell, stay well. But get me out of here.***

Soon came to pass, mortal sin became recognized
Beneath righteous hands, naked truth laid between the lines
Death reigned through time without just cause or question
Mothers of children left their homes for hell
Of course your heaven went missing
Archfiend seed received through unholy conception
Disastrous breed, relieved from grip, for so called redemption.

But now you're here. Delivered to me against everything evil
Untouched by blood of my name, so this means I can keep you
You'll never go away from me, I'll never let you leave
Boy you now belong to me. And I'll make you believe.

Child. Oh, my child. I'm your mama now.

Poem: "Dreaming"

I tend to have very lucid dreams. I always write them down in detail . I use dreams as a way to escape into this amazing world where literally anything can happen...last year I had a dream of a boy I did not recognize. But I was so in love. I woke up not understanding why I had such a care for someone I didn't know. I wrote it down and this is what came up.

In Dreaming, She Wakes

So lucid is this dream she dreams.
A man is formed before her eyes
Starting with a torso
A strong torso in a black t-shirt.
From there, limbs grow
Outstretching are his tall legs and cozy arms
Feet, as large as canoes
Only leave bigger foot steps to follow in
Hands built to grab the bull by the horns
and hold the key to her heart
Fingers so soft to the tips
destined to make music for the gods
A long neck and a good head on his shoulders
On his head is a blank
Turns to a blur, turns to eyes
Soulful eyes, deep eyes, so deep.
Now stare into her
Breaking down every wall
She has built up until now
Those eyes alone are enough to kill her
And rebirth her and kill her again
A nose to smell her scent
And keep it in memory forever
Ears to listen to her chest beat
and for hearing her call his name
Lips finally
Those beautiful, amazing lips
That she has been wanting to kiss
Since she fell asleep that night

Poem: "Time2Go"

Sigh.. another one of me being really angry at this one person.... I remember I was in class with him at the time. He was talking with a friend about going to a party and scamming on girls. I was upset because we were acting nice and cuddly days before and now he was not talking to me. It was a yoyo effect in a sense and at this time I was just free writing what my heart was yelling to me in my ear...such angst...lol

Time2Go

Time to go my dear
Asshole piece of shit.
Like dangling a bone
In front of a dog, teasing
And I'm the bitch
That keeps falling for the trick

Fool me once, shame on you
Fool me twice, three times, four times
Too many times, loss count
Shame on me
Shamelessly, you took from me
My dignity. Just want to be
Alone and free?
So then why me?

You continue the games
It's always the same
Heads you win, tails I lose
I continue to cry, you continue to use
And use and use is all you do
"I tried, I tried" cried out the fool
You lie, you lie. You fell too soon

To deep. Too gone.
Come back. You're gone.
So why do you keep looking back?
The day is gone, night's back to black.
It hurts too much, you play too much
I don't want to play this game anymore
I fold.

Poem: "Bombs Bursting in Air"

I was fortunate enough to be in a gut wrenching, heartbreaking, soul stealing relationship at a tender young age. I was so incredibly in love that both him and I took the pain and kept going. Of course, it didn't end so well. It was too intense. Our love became a war. I saw it as every possible war that had occurred in history. It made me write this. I hated him. Now, I love him still as a person. I've grown. I know he has. We both still have a longs way to go though.... but this poem reminds of how defeated love can make you feel <3

Bombs Bursting in Air

Worn out.
You've weathered me thin
Tired of this endless fighting
There's no just cause for this raging war
No possibility of a victory strong enough
To outweigh the certainty of defeat
So I give up and I surrender
My arm could break if I stretched it any higher
With white flag in hand, What is left here to fight for?
Stuck here, exiled from that which I long to have
Long to be
You tell me
I don't care when in the end
Who's the one in the tiny corner,
In the dark and all alone?
Accompanied by murky puddles made from hours
Of crying out to you
Cursing the very air you breathe
Just breathing, sucking air right out of me
Exhaling that sweet breath that drew me to you
Sweet, sweet breath, not only reeking of your resentment
And I hear now your truths, only when you are on fire
With your sharpshooting words of hate and agitation
This false separation fools not even us
What more do you want
You've conquered my heart
Housed your soldiers in my temple
Build your empire on the weaklings of my soul
And now I am no more. I am worn out.
Unfit to flourish again, unable to rebuild myself
Fallen victim to the dead man's hope
Wanting to spend my life under your rule
My king, know this;
I've killed myself a thousand times over
And still, if given the chance
I'd do it all over again

Poem: "Journey"

This one comes after "She Called Out" It's death speaking to her as though he is in love with her... It also makes me think of two people just moving forward together, unsure of what's a head but ready for the journey none the less.

Journey

Let’s go away and stay gone forever, as we tread this road
This dirty road,
Ridden with muddy foot prints and rotting cadavers,
Their identities swollen up by the very path
we prepare to embark upon.
That stench of the fallen who thought they’d make it.
We know we’ll make it. We’ll keep going.
Pass those broken bones and bleeding hearts,
Looking down at them with a sense of superiority
because we know we’ll go further,
Yet be ever so careful as to not step on them
Preserving those final positions that their failure had left them in
That will never be us, we’re stronger wiser
Those piercing looks of the dreamless eyes by your feet haunt
As we see a glimpse of possible defeat
But still let’s go
No fear.
Just hear those voices warning us beyond those hills
And still let go
Doesn’t your heart ache to proceed as mine does?
Along this road, this dirty road.
Let’s go
Blindly against that screaming horizon
Following only the winds of change
And the beat of the drum that is the heart.
Oh the heart. It whispers weak like the desert breeze
But its song as heavy as the sun crashing down on us
The beading sweat racing down on your cheeks
I’ll wipe it with the back of my hand
And offer that same hand to you
I’ll show you that this path is not one of deception but one
of redemption
Together we can make it
Let me lead you
Even if I don’t know the way

Poem: "She Called Out"

This is one I wrote a few years ago. About a princess who is calling out to be rescued from her tower. Not by her prince, but by the sweet release of death.

She called out (Journey Prelude)

Tip toe don't make a sound
I want to scream out, but alas I am bound
By this metal that chains me to these blood soaked walls
I'm hidden in the shadows. My silent calls
Are all I have left
Ever since you left
I'm dying slowly, waiting to be saved
As my tears hit the floor, your path was paved
When it dragged me to my prison
And left me to die
But still I'm alive
And only god knows why
With his heavenly eye
He kept me alive
He knew you would come to relieve me of this hell
Cut through these chains and undo the spell
Day turns to night and still I wait
With each new sunrise, I question fate
I solemnly do swear
The years of despair
Were too much to bear
Oh hero, my champion, where for art thou?
You swore you'd be here by the sweat of your brow
That you'd conquer the beast
And grant my release
What's this? Could it be?
Has death finally
Decided to come for me?
Now what?
